    Training Log

    I have seen many training log in different forums. Some may look like:

    Hook punches x 60
    Straight punches x 60
    Front Kick x 20
    Round House Kick x 20
    ...

    others may look like:

    pushups x 30 sec
    hindu squats x 30"
    high knees x 30"
    pike press x 30"
    ...

    I was told never to expose personal training program to others. Why do you want others to know your personal training program? There is no advantage to it. Of course you can fake your personal training program online by releasing wrong information. But why do you bother to do that for?

    Am I the only person who care about to "keep personal training program personal"?
