5'9" and 164lbs @ 9% bf (approx)

Last night @ 9pm
Squat: 250 x 5, 225 x 5 (ass to the ground, of course)
Bench: 225 x 5, 205 x 5
Weighted Pullups: 70lbs on a belt x 5, 35lbs on a belt x 5 (a little wider than shoulder width grip, palms facing away, to back of head the correct way, as opposed to back of head the incorrect way).

Today @ 4:30pm
Squat: 255 x 5, 230 x 5 (ass to ground)
Bench: 230 x 5, 210 x 5
Weighted Pullups: 75lbs on a belt x 4 (failure), 40lbs on a belt x 5

I think I'm making good gains since my old squat PR for reps was 240 x 4 (on the box) on 5/24/04.

Usually I wait 24 hours between workouts, tho, when I'm on this routine. Circumstances today, however, caused me to have to workout earlier.

I'm so pumped. The squats today were not to failure despite being a new 5RM PR. Tomorrow I probably can't make it to the gym, but Sunday I'm hoping to get 260 x 5 in squat and 235 x 5 in bench.

My short term goal is a double bodyweight squat of 330. Right now my PR is 300. I'm hoping to get a pic of me doing the 330. Well, actually my first short term goal is 315, because that's 3 plates on each side and all So I guess my second short term goal is double bodyweight.
