can anyone tell me what each stance without hand postures would do for health.

here is the stances!!!
1) horse
2) front
3) cat
4) unicorn- cross over stance
5) kneeling stance
6) rooster on one leg, crane etc
7) butterfly/ lotus stance

maybe the taiji, bagua people can help, or any internal stylist.
