Hi I'm hoping that someone can help!
I often go out, have late nights and am full of energy, but then often end up feeling burnt out (unsurprisingly).
Yes, I know that going out less often would help(!!!) but i would appreciate any advise on how to spend the time I spend relaxing (i.e. not doing much)more effectively!
I am interested in learning a bit more about meditation or anything else anyone can suggest.
