I was wondering if any one knew of any good exercises to strenghtn a damaged ankle?
i hurt it last october cant remember excatly how i did it, i was at the bathurst v8 car races very drunk fell over and had a bit of trouble getting up but it didnt hurt that much when i was drunk(funny that). but the next day once i sobbered up it was really sore and i couldnt put any weight on it at all.
it has been getting better slowly but i still have trouble turning and twisting on it at full speed.
The doctor said i have tissue scaring damage and i should do exercise to strenght it, but im not sure which exercises to do.
any help would be great thanks
