I Have Been Taking Shaolin Kung-fu Since October 'o6, 4 Days A Week. The Classes Last Between 1 To 2 Hours Long. So Far, I Have Gained 15lbs. And Only Lost 1/4 Inch Around My Waist. Getting Very Aggravated.
I Would Appreciate If Anyone Can Help Me Out With Some Kind Of Diet To Help Me Shed Some Inches.
