These are excerpted from Shaolin Gong Fu – A Course in Traditional Forms. I love their translations because they are so funky. They call qixing The Plough Form, which could be a reference to the big dipper stance work. In Chinese, it's 七星拳 (qixingquan). This comes from V. 3 p. 11:
