    Pao Chui (forms?)

Can anyone direct me to a link, or video showing Pao Chui in action?

I have looked and found nothing.

    sigh.

Look for Pao Quan or Pao Chuan, it is the same thing as Pao Chui (Pao Chui is indeed the correct way to say it though).

Pao Quan is one of the 5 longfist brenches. The most popular form is the Pao Quan #3. This is the form that needs 1/2 of the basketball field to train. It moves in all directions. It's also the only form that I know contain "running punch" and "toe push kick".
