Just trying to show to our MMA friends that TCMA also has good "clinch fighting" so they won't look down on us. Since our MMA friends can't care less about what TCMA can do. I thought it may not be proper to present what we have and beg them to give us good grade.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tearing (SI), Cracking (BENG), Striking push (TONG), Hand pushing (TUN), Elbow pressing (ZHOU) 撕崩捅褪肘

Covering hands (GAI), Pulling hands (LUO), Body-shaking hands (YAO), Reverse arm-holding (DAO), Shaking (DOU) 蓋攞搖捯抖

Separate hands (FEN), Hand clamping (YE), Arm guiding (YIN), Arm raising (PENG), Elbow Locking (JIA) 分掖引捧架

Under hook (QUAN), Over hook (CHAO), Wiping (MO), Head circling (PIAN), Clamping head (JIA) 圈抄抹偏夾

Helmet taking (ZAI), Face covering (WU), Forehead push (SU), Sticking drop (ZHUI), Leg seizing (LAO) 摘摀速墬撈

Neck surrounding (HUAN), Chin pushing (TUO), Throat/waist blocking (FENG), Casting (SA), Floating hand (PIAO) 環托封撒飄

Thank you for sharing this, John. It is nice to have the proper chinese terminology for these techniques.
"The hero and the coward both feel the same thing, but the hero projects his fear onto his opponent while the coward runs. 'Fear'. It's the same thing, but it's what you do with it that matters". -Cus D'Amato

The following are throwing art principles used in "defense and counter". TCMA principles are just like poem. It's very easy to remember.

    吸(XI) - Sticky, 摟(LOU) - Outer hook, 勾(GOU) - Upper hook, 判(PAN) - Trap, 削(XIAO) - Sickle hooking

    蹲(DUN) - Drop down, 跳(TIAO) - Hop, 磨(MO) - Spin, 轟(HONG) - Herd, 摇(YAO) - Shake
