Shaolin leaping sidekick

I have been told there is a leaping sidekick in the Shaolin arts, similar to how the Savate man does a "Chasse Croise" See here.

Im not sure there is a universal term for this kind of kick since I have heard people describe it as a leaping sidekick, skipping sidekick, burning sidekick, etc.

Id appreciate the Shaolin term for the kick and any other info that pertains! (And bonus cookies if you can provide the Chinese characters for it!!)

There isn't going to be a standard name for it. Every style will call it something different.
