The Wing Chun dude looks like a chick!
Cool! I wonder why they chose Phil for Hung Ga, when his primary styles are VT & CLF?
Doesn't matter, Phil's so **** good, he can make any art look like the best art in the world!
The 10 Elements of Choy Lay Fut:
Kum, Na, Gwa, Sau, Chop, Pow, Kup, Biu, Ding, Jong
The 13 Principles of Taijiquan:

Austin Kung-Fu Academy
I think the point was to get someone to do a style they haven't done before, but not sure. i'll probally ask him next time i see him

RTHK hits the mark with kung fu show
Friday, July 30, 2010
I bumped into Director of Broadcasting Franklin Wong Wah-kay at the Hong Kong Book Fair, and we talked about the future of Radio Television Hong Kong.
Wong told me the station is making arrangements to implement the government's public broadcasting policy and also producing new programs.
He said developments in the pipeline include a "hot" public affairs program with an innovative format.
Another new program, Kung Fu Quest, debuted recently.
This program introduces Chinese martial arts with a travelogue element.
You can review the program on the RTHK website.
Hong Kong people have always been fascinated by kung fu movies.
Recent releases such as the Ip Man series have been warmly received, and productions using kung fu as a theme will certainly be attractive.
As Kung Fu Quest was produced by RTHK, one can expect it to be well researched and informative - and without commercial features.
One cannot talk about Chinese martial arts without mentioning famous traditional schools such as Shaolin and Wudang.
Wong said the RTHK program documents demonstrations of Wudang's Qinggong, or "light body skills," with the master running up walls and smashing a lamp with a midair kick three meters overhead.
Such skills have been featured in many martial arts novels, including Jin Yong's famous The Heaven Sword and Tiger Sabre, in which Wudang hero Zhang Tsuishan impresses ferocious kung fu master "Golden Man" Tse Shin with his Qingdong by carving words on a rock while hanging from the face of a cliff.
It is a nice surprise to see real-life demonstrations of such amazing skills on TV.
Wong said as many of China's renowned kung fu streams have their original base on various famous mountains, Kung Fu Quest introduced the styles and philosophies of martial arts against scenic backdrops.
This is a bold new format. So Kung Fu Quest really offers more than just kung fu. Siu Sai-wo is chief editor of Sing Tao Daily

Did kung fu quest ever do an episode on Pak Mei Pai?
I was on the metro earlier, deep in meditation, when a ruffian came over and started causing trouble. He started pushing me with his bag, steadily increasing the force until it became very annoying. When I turned to him, before I could ask him to stop, he immediately started hurling abuse like a scoundrel. I performed a basic chin na - carotid artery strike combination and sent him to sleep. The rest of my journey was very peaceful, and passersby hailed me as a hero - Warrior Man
I'll take that as a "no" then...
