Daily Roller Bar Use....
Please nobody get defensive about this poll, because in no way do I intended to judge anyone's kung fu by their answers. Though I think we all know it, I will just precede this poll by admitting I'm obviously the least skilled and worst conditioned of everyone here on the forum. I don't do it myself. I was just curious how many here on the forum use the roller bar to condition their forearms on a daily basis?
I was on the metro earlier, deep in meditation, when a ruffian came over and started causing trouble. He started pushing me with his bag, steadily increasing the force until it became very annoying. When I turned to him, before I could ask him to stop, he immediately started hurling abuse like a scoundrel. I performed a basic chin na - carotid artery strike combination and sent him to sleep.
