    Maybe Hendrik Can do one on the applications of the snake engine using techniques such as bong, Tan, lap da, kicking etc in chi sao to show how it works with a non complient partner who is appling force/resistance or trying to hit you

    Not really ground fighting. But what to do to protect yourself while you try to get back up on your feet.
