Please stop with the personal attacks.
It diminishes the value of conversations and kills topics.

    frost,
How did I know you were going to pull the jack of all trades thing out of thin air?, how long must one spend in a single art before he gets good enough to know it?
This again is where you go wrong gross generalisations without knowing what you are talking about:

thats a question only you can answer, how many years does it take to earn a BB or how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop? (old american commerical for lollipops)
again depends on how much you put into it agian only you can answer that question.

Could I have been a better TCMA person if I put the whole 2 decades+ into it rather than the decade + maybe BUT I wouldn’t have enjoyed myself as much

you last line here says it all you enjoyed yourself, than all im asking is to understand that people in TCMA may be doing that as well so perhaps you can see that it doesn have to be all MMA and you can look at it from bother angles. thats like always getting down on someone becuse they xchoose the japanse arts and people on the forum dis them becuse they didnt chooose what they liked, you see the point im trying to make? hope this helps smooth out some of your rough edges, epsecially for a shifu leve, you should be more humble and wise. hoave a wonderful day sincerly

My reasons to study TCMA are simple. First, logic told me that these time tested arts still exist today after centuries are probably good. Second, they suit me. That is they suits my physique, philosophy and training goals.
