    Understand this is a troll thread but.....I have to say don't hate on shifu Sal Redner. Sal Redner seems like an all around good guy who does his best to promote and support Shaolin. He does his own thing.

    I know to many MMA or other style fighters/styles Shaolin probably will never earn respect for what it is. The arts are as good as the fighter behind it. If a shaolin fighter knocks a muy thai fighter out shaolin is the best. If the muy thai fighter knocks the shaolin fighter out then muy thai is the best etc. etc.

    just saying there comes a point in your life when you're not 20 years old and the best "fighting style" doesn't really mean a whole lot to you so long as you remain active, fit and healthy. Troll on!
