There's always one guy in any dojang in Korea who can kick your azz. But lots of those guys have experience in multiple martial arts (Hapkido, Sirum, Kumdo, etc...). WTF has a bad reputation in Korea for being Black Belt mills. I met more than one person (foreigner) in South Korea who had a black belt who had been doing TKD for less than 6 months. I am certain it wasn't an official Dan rank (probably junior black belt (name only) but still when you enroll a guy in your dojang and 3 months later he's walking around wearing a black belt it's kind of a slap in the face to those of us who have went the long route.
