Wikipedia falsehood information on choy lee fut

    THE SOURCE: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choy_Li_Fut

uncle Chan Yuen-Wu (陳遠護), who taught him (Chan Heung) Fut Gar, and developed to honor the Buddha and the Shaolin roots of the system.[2]
This above is not true. Long before the 2000's, it was always said Chan Yuen Wu taught Chan Heung "Hung Kuen" but this in recent times have changed once again to Hung Fut Kuen. And the "Fut" in Choy Lee Fut was meant strictly for the buddhist roots of the system.

    LIE #2:
Choy Fook had trained under five teachers, over a period of many years. His teachers were Jue Yuan Monk (觉远上人), Yi Guan Monk (一贯禅师), Li Sou (李叟), Bai Yu Feng (白玉峰), and Cai Jiu Yi (蔡九仪).
This is complete nonsense. Choy Fook existed in late 1700's early 1800's.
    Jue Yuan Monk -1300's
    Yi Guan Monk 1300's
    Li Sou - 1300's
    Bai Yu Feng - 1300's
    Cai Jiu Yi -1300's

How does a man born in the 1700's learn from masters who existed 400 years before he was born? out right lies!!!!

    LIE #3

During revolutionary battles between anti-Qing and government forces (1850–1877), whoever belonged to the Choy Li Fut system would identify themselves by crying out "yak" when striking with the palm, "wak" when thrusting with a tiger claw hand, "ha" when striking with the fist, "hok" when using a crane beak strike, and "dik" when kicking.[1][21] These sounds are unique to the Choy Li Fut system.
Yik Wah Tik didn't come around until 1867 when Chan Heung and Cheung Hung Sing were in Hong Kong together and met with the San Francisco Chan Family Association guy. He was taught "Yik Wah Tik" as a secret code word and the origin of this came from the sounds CHEUNG HUNG SING made when performing sets.

    LIE #4

In 1848, the original eighteen started branching out to teach Choy Li Fut throughout Southern China. The first disciple to teach Choy Li Fut outside of King Mui was Lung Ji-Choi 龍子才, who opened a school in the town of Xunzhou in Guangxi. Soon after, Chan Din-Foon 陳典桓 initiated the first Hung Sing Choy Li Fut school in Foshan.
In 1848 there was no such thing as HUNG SING CHOY LEE FUT. this is an outright lie by the author of this writing. Chan Din Foon opened a CHOY LEE FUT school for Chan Heung. Hung Sing Choy Lee Fut was originally created by Cheung Hung Sing himself.

    LIE #5

Many Choy Li Fut schools had a secret slogan during these times: "Hung 洪 Ying 英 Ji 至 Sing 聖 ; Ying 英 Hung 雄 Wing 永 Sing 勝. " This translates as: "Heroes of the Hung Party are superior; Heroes always win." Chan Heung's 陳享 followers adopted two words of the motto as their secret passwords “Hung Sing 洪勝” which meant "Hung Party wins" but because that was too close to the outlawed Hung Moon Party name, they changed the Chinese characters which sounds the same as Hung Sing 鴻勝, but when written means "goose winning".
The Chan Heung follower in mention was "CHEUNG HUNG SING" as "Hung Sing 洪勝" was the name of his original school. No other Choy Lee Fut school used 洪勝 in their name at all. After Changing his schools name from 洪勝 (Great Victory) to 鴻勝 which also meant Great Victory the Great Victory name was never lost. it is strictly connected to Cheung Hung Sing and his Fut San Hung Sing Kwoon.

    LIE #6

Foshan was a hot bed of political activities.[30] There was a strong Manchu presence in Foshan, and battles between the Manchu government and the Hung Moon members were bloody and frequent. The Foshan Choy Li Fut School opened in 1848 under Chan Din-Foon 陳典桓 utilized the name "Hung Sing Kwoon 鴻勝舘" (using the "Hung 鴻" character that means goose) to avoid associating themselves with the Hung Moon 洪門 political party and to protect themselves from government persecution.
CHAN DIN FOON NEVER in his life used "Hung Sing Kwoon 鴻勝舘". Chan Din Foon's Hung Sing Kwoon used these characters "洪聖" which means "GREAT SAGE". 鴻勝 did not come into play until 1867 when Cheung Hung Sing returned to Fut San to re-open his own school that was closed down due to the tai ping rebellion. Replacing the original 洪勝 characters with 鴻勝 to disguise his purpose. It is an outright lie that chan din foon used 鴻勝舘. An outright lie made by the author of the wikipedia page.

    LIE #7

The Foshan Hung Sing branch was extremely popular and this worried the Manchu government supporters as well as created intense rivalries between martial arts schools. Rumors and gossip of the school being affiliated with the Hung Moon 洪門 political party created even more tension between the Manchu controlled local government and the school. Originally, started by Chan Din-Foon around 1848, the school flourished up to the time of his death.
AN OUTRIGHT LIE AGAIN. In fut san, Cheung Hung Sing's Hung Sing Kwoon was the ONLY one known and feared for it's involvement with the Hung Mun and the revolution. No information from the city of Fut San speaks of Chan Din Foon's involvement at all. Cheung Hung Sing was also in Fut San in 1848 training revolutionaries and officially opened his school in 1851, which is recorded there in the city of Fut San. Chan Din Foon's school did not flourish until his death. it closed down when he went blind and Cheung Hung Sing took over his location and removed the 洪聖 name and replaced it with his 鴻勝 hung sing name.

    LIE #8

In 1867, Chan Heung 陳享 believed that Jeong Yim 張炎, was the most capable student to be Chan Din-Foon's 陳典桓 successor and was an opportune time to rebuild the Foshan Hung Sing branch. Soon rumors and gossip spread quickly that the Foshan Hung Sing branch was going to be reopened by a hero named Jeong Yim 張炎.
Cheung Hung Sing's Fut San school opened in 1851. he returned to Fut San in 1867 to re-open his own school. When Chan Din Foon went blind, Cheung Hung Sing was given permission to take over the location and took down the 洪聖 name and replaced it with his 鴻勝 hung sing name. If he was chan din foon's successor, why would he have removed the original name and replace it with his own? A move like that showed no loyalty to Chan Din Foon what so ever.

    LIE #9

Choy Li Fut schools can trace their lineage from the schools started by the original 18 disciples whom Chan Heung sent out in 1848.[32][33] Many schools can easily trace their origins from these four main branches: the King Mui / Chan Family Choy Li Fut Branch, the Fut San / Hung Sing Choy Li Fut Branch, the Jiangmen 江門 or Kong Chow 岡州 Choy Li Fut Branch, and the Buk Sing Choy Li Fut Branch.
Cheung Hung Sing NEVER opened a school for the sake of Choy Lee Fut. He opened his school under the instruction of the Green Grass Monk to specifically train revolutionary fighters. At the time, there were only 2 main branches of Choy Lee Fut. Chan Family CLF and Cheung Hung Sing's "Hung Sing Choy Lee Fut".

Koon Pak's Hung Sing started with Cheung Hung Sing's school then changed his schools name to Strong Victory 雄勝. One will easily notice Chan Koon pak's daddy Chan heung used 洪聖 with his "Sing" meaning Sage. Cheung Hung Sing's 鴻勝 used "Sing" meaning Victory. Why was Chan Koon Pak using the name of his daddy's former student and not 洪聖 of his fathers school? Was is it because Chan Koon Pak was trained by Cheung Hung Sing and not his own father?

Chan Din Foon's school had nothing to do with the Hung Mun in Fut San. Cheung Hung Sing was the major RED POLE in Fut San and trained ALL the Fut San revolutionaries for the Tai Ping Rebellion.

    LIE #11

The Fut San Hung Sing branch was started by Chan Din-Foon in 1848. Jeong Yim 張炎 was the successor to the school in 1867. When he died, his successor was Chan Ngau-Sing 陳吽盛.
TOTALLY INCORRECT and a terrible LIE. Cheung Hung Sing opened his own school in 1851 and in 1867 changed his schools name to remain in operation. Cheung Hung Sing was NEVER Chan Din Foon's successor. Again, he closed down Chan Din Foon's School and replaced the name with his own schools name.

The primary eight forms are: Tai Ji Kuen (Great Fist), Ping Ji Kuen (Level Fist), Tin Ji Kuen (Heaven's Fist), Gok Ji Kuen (Nation's Fist), Sup Ji Kuen (Cross Pattern Fist), Cheung Kuen (Long fist), Lin Waan Kaau Da Kuen (Continuous Fighting Fist), and Fut Ga Jeung (Buddha's Palm).
Another LIE. Under Cheung Hung Sing there were FIVE (5) hand forms by the name of Cheung Kuen, Ping Kuen, Kau Da Kuen, Sup Ji Kuen and Jui Jau Lan Da Kuen. The forms mentioned in the LIE ABOVE came after Cheung Hung Sing's Death in 1893.

    LIE # 13

All of this is not officially documented. No written historic records can be found about Jeong Yim. According to the Chan Family History Book[32] (the "Big Book"), the only historically documented fact showing a relationship between Chan Heung 陳享 and Jeong Yim 張炎 is the date of 1867, when Jeong Yim was sent to reopen the Fut San school as the successor to Chan Din-Foon 陳典桓.
Cheung Hung Sing was a wanted REVOLUTIONARY. there was a bounty on his head. The reason for NO WRITTEN RECORDS was because of their constant involvement with the Hung Mun and the revolution between 1851-1949. It wasn't until 1951 when Chen Yi Lin of the Fut San Hung SIng Kwoon was ordered by Premier Zhou En Lai who was also a student of Chan Ngau Sing to officially document the Fut San Hung Sing history called "Hung Sing Kwoon, From beginning to end 100 years".

PRIOR TO THAT, POSSESSING A DOCUMENTED HISTORY MEANT INSTANT DEATH BY BEHEADING WHERE YOU STOOD. DO THE RESEARCH AND YOU WILL KNOW THE TRUTH TOO.

THE ONLY DOCUMENTED HISTORY of Cheung Hung Sing was Chan Heung commenting that he returned to Fut San to "RE-OPEN" his Hung Sing Kwoon. NOT to do it for Chan Din Foon. there are NO records showing Cheung Hung Sing was Chan Din Foon's successor. The info above from the author is making up lies.

TO THE AUTHOR OF THE WIKIPEDIA PAGE HERE https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choy_Li_Fut HAS KNOWINGLY AND WILLFULLY DOCUMENTED LIES WHILE TRYING TO PASS IT OFF AS "HISTORY".

AS LONG AS I LIVE (SIFU FRANK MCCARTHY) I WILL ALWAYS BATTLE THE PEOPLE PURPOSELY MISLEADING INNOCENT FUTURE CHOY LEE FUT DISCIPLES. SHAME ON YOU FOR TELLING SUCH LIES.
