    Could be anything

It sounds like a Chi Gong system that is layed out in an easy to learn progressive format.
BUT, based on the last few lines, it could be Faulun Gong under a new name too.

Don't know what your opinion of Faulun Gong is, but I'm "undecided"
Those that are the most sucessful are also the biggest failures. The difference between them and the rest of the failures is they keep getting up over and over again, until they finally succeed.

I saw this note under a photo of him recieving flowers.

"Grandmaster Foo is his early days. He is receiving flowers - which is the custom for welcoming a Qigong Grandmaster."
I wonder if that truly is a custom? I've never heard of giving flowers exclusively to Qigong masters, but oh well.

I was impressed with the free bit, if its true.

"All Level 1 Da Dao Chan Gong instructor trainings (50 Hours) and student workshops (20 Hours) are completely free of charge and open to all people."
I see that that is only level one, im sure you'd have to pay in the higher levels, but I bore myself. BLAH
