everyone is safer when I walk into a room - quote?

I've been trying to remember where I saw this quote. It's part of a longer quote. I think it comes from a guy who was a soldger and was interested in military ethics during peacetime.

Has anybody else heard this quote and know where it is from?

    A big thanks in advance!

Are you talking about this one from Robert L Humphrey?

I think Jack Hoban also made reference to this in his Living Values direction.. he is a high ranking bujinkan member and ex marine.

It's not so much what he thinks of himself as it is a goal to behave in a fashion that would lead to you being viewed that way. Don't act like a coldhearted hard to get along with sack of puss who doesn't cae about anything outside of his own reflection. Be a level headed mofo willing to use your skills to help anyone who needs it, be slow to anger, wise in your decisions, etc etc.

Here is a link to Jack Hoban's website where he expands on the Warrior's Creed.
