It looks like it just sells a diet plan and a-typical bb'er workout. I wouldn't be surprised if that guy did the Body for Life Challenge because I've seen a few of those guys come out with similar sights when they were done. One simple rule is if you follow a strict diet and workout, you will gain weight.

Anything that reads that much like an infomercial is trying way too hard to sell something.

If it was that good they wouldn't have to try so hard.

Some parts made me laugh, but this part made me laugh the most:

" I mean I went from squatting 265 pounds to 565 for 20 repetitions WITHOUT A SPOTTER! These are not partial reps and for a tall guy this is a remarkable feat."

I doubt he's doing 20 rep squats with 565. If he is, he's not going down all the way.

In all of the photos that showed the guy's progress in his cycle, he pretty much looked the same.... the pictures are just taken at different angles, different distances, and with different lighting. Very low budget looking ad.

It seems like it's obviously a joke. If anyone buys into that kind of hype they deserve to be ripped off.

"WE OFFER A 110% money back Guarantee! Try this revolutionary system for a full year and if you don't experience the most phenomenal muscle building and strength gains ever(after trying it out for a year), just return it and we will give you your money back PLUS 10% interest on your money! Not even banks can measure up with this rate! " - um.... you have to wait a year to get your money back for a product that's supposed to work in like... 12 weeks? Seems like someone's getting screwed here.

"But using this system, i was training 8 minutes once every three weeks and growing like a weed. Here are some truths i want to share with you. These are truths that i learn't after 8 years of trial and error"
    um................................. lol

    Ads and Dealing Hype

This is another attempt in selling or i should marketing hype. When I heard people sell their products I say buyer beware. I dont believe in much of the hype and I dont go for sensational stories and reccomendations.

I feel sorry for people who sincerely want results and the simple truth. Too many wolves there who want your money and dont care about you as a person. So, my advice is to not believe in everything you read and **** the a@@holes who try to force you into believing in their hype.

There is no magic formulas, no short cuts in life. Only hard work and good solid information will lead you to your goals. Matt Furey is one of the sweet talkers and now I am even ashame to get his crap in the mail. He gave me a chinese dollar in the mail the other day with an offer to sell me his hype. Sorry, Matt I am not buying your crap anymore. LOL. Your products are unprofessionally made and it is not worth the cost.

It is all too human! LOL. You got to love these wolves anyways, it is too funny!

The set of knives is probably the best thing out of the whole package. LoL, I could use a good set of steak knives to eat some steak because that is only way I will gain any weight on this program. I am just kidding people. LoL.

    Agreed,

However, I would say that in this case, the author is atleast admitting that there IS hard work involved. YOu have ot be able to work and understanding how to eat properly. Hey, I did not purchase this in the end as it did not scream "professional" to me. Just because the claims are outrageous doesn't necessarily mean that the content is that bad.. they always try to sell you on the greatest gain or feat.

It is no great secret that nutrition plays a huge part in training.. the knowledge is out there. People like this and Bill Phillips (body for life) are merely smart enough to put it together.

..and then market the sh$t out of it!
