    Breathing

Quick question, is it better to breath in and out of your nose, or in your nose and out your mouth? I've read that its good to breath in and out of your nose only, and read breath in your nose and out the mouth.
    I have a signature.

    just breathe naturally

my qigong system uses the nose only, but i know others use the nose and the mouth. The idea is to keep the mouth closed and touch the tongue to the roof of the mouth to complete the circuit of the ren and du channels. its also more relaxed than using the mouth.

Plus, if your mouth is close and tongue is touching the roof of your mouth, saliva tend to overflow which is believed to have good healing property.
