    Question Iron Shirt Qigong concern

    Hello all,
I'm relatively young in my kung fu and qigong studies, and I would like to begin Iron Shirt training. However, I have some concerns over the rammifications of such traing as such a great deal of force is applied on your internal organs during the training if it has many ill side effects as one ages.

Does anyone here know how iron shirt affects people as they get older?

Any/All help and info is appreciated.

    another book

    Hi!

I found another book entitled "Iron Shirt Martial Arts Qi Gong" by Dr. Ong Ming Thong. I bought it from his website.

It seems to me that it's a good beginning for people like myself who don't know much about martial arts (I practise tai chi chuan).

For what I know, Iron Shirt Neigon could cause internal bleeding if done improperly and should only be attempted under the supervision of experienced practioners. Plus unless you already have proper posture to absorb the impact of hit, you are not ready. So be very very careful.
