    Brad your are right, these two forms as shown in the site were created in the 50's and are modern. They were both published in book form as early as the sixties along with a more advanced form.
    Any idea where to get the books(other than flying to China)? I've been looking for them for quite awhile, lol

    isnt longfist a form of modernized demonstrative wushu?
    That's only a small part of longfist that a lot of people choose to specialize in. Kind of like how Taiji is a martial art, but a lot focus only on health aspects. Modern longfist has an international compulsory form designed for performance competition, but it's only a small part of total material making up the system.

    Thanks, reading about Sanda was interesting, he also gives credits to Taiji fighters. But I still dont know how Longfist differs from Lohan?

    Yi chuan... first fist in most long fist circles...

    I just got back from training with some college friends, they did their version, I did mine, only a few differences. Ours is very similar to the one on selini.
