Kettle Bell, please help
Hi
Could any of you guys give me some information on these? Any good sites with exercises? Is there a basic newbie user guide somwhere with tips on buying the weights and using them? Also are there any other exercises you should do with kettle bells to increase the effectivness; like pull ups or push ups?
I heard in another post that pull ups don't use biceps and they actually use triceps? Is that true? I thought as it is a pulling action then it uses bicep? I think i need to learn a few things about the mechanics of the body, any links to simple explanations?
