    Great
    Got SC in like 2 hours...
    Covered... 1st 5 empty hand forms, 3 belt cracking, chopping, and... sh!t.. forgot what its called... Basically hip throws. I like how much we get to beat each other up, the week long break was nice. Im gettin the hang of falling pretty well... Havent started throwing each other on the face yet tho...

    Have you done Diagonal Cut yet? I LOVE Diagonal Cut. Probably because my teacher made me spend a year on that only, LOL.

    water dragon...have you done any brain smashing? At least thats what my teacher calls it. Im not going to say what it is until you say yes or no because i want to hear if you actually call it that too. And yes, im talking about Shuai Chiao.

    Aw that sucks, i was hoping someone else called it that too. Its basically a palm strike to the back of the head as you throw them.

    Actually, the SC and SD have been complimenting nicely.

    WD... Gone over- Diagonal cutting, forward pulling, forward kicking, backward kicking, chopping, reaping, 4 belt cracking excercises.
