Hey, there used to be a link to a site where someone was selling wooden and rubber composite butterfly swords. Anyone know who is making those? Thanks!

Carina at Raven's Studios in Oracle just outside of Tucson, Arizona makes very good well shaped nice looking hardwood bjd's. I have several and they are great for practicing bjd form/motions. She decided not to
continue with the composites....too many people were just banging with them without knowing what they were doing.
When she has the metallurgy down right she will make some great metal bjd-s. She is a student of Augustine Fong and is very knowledgeable on wc.
She makes wooden weapons for other styles as well. Check out:

Both she and Dave Lidell at Azwingchun.com make good dummies as well. Not mass manufactured.
Hi Joy,
Thanks for the info! This was exactly the site I was looking for.
As for Carina Cirrincione, does she have blonde curly hair, and did she judge at the 2001 Lily Lau Tournament? Just wondering if I met her or not...
