    Hello everybody!

I am invited here before by a friend called Mantisman in WahShan's board, don't know if he is here or not! Anyway! Thanks so much to him to get me to such a great board!

Anyone here practise 7star mantis? How long?

Do you guys mind sharing the steps you started with?
what did you learn first and how do you train?

of course I do traditional 7 star mantis. Actually you can say that my mantis is more towards the taichi mantis now from grandmaster chiu juk kai. It is because that I am now starting fresh new again fwith master lee chi wai for mantis. (after 13 years of 7 star mantis w/ N-shaolin, Tung Ying Kit's Yeung Taichi and GZwingchun) After I started with him, I found that I have missed out a lot of things before and which I feels so lucky to know now. heheh~
