was 11% body fat at 17, and about 14.5 % now at 30...but I'm far better now than I ever was at 17....just that my hips seem to be tighter!
I could easily get back to 11-10% body fat by doing more training and less stretching in my lunch breaks at work...but with age I feel stretching is more important right now!

I can do things now that I could never do before such as fliping up off my back onto my feet without hands, nice butterfly kicks and so on.
Age is no barrier (if i I say it enough I'll believe it...!)
I think, therefore I am awake!
It's easier to learn to do it now and maintain it in old age than to try and learn it in old age.
