Did you put on weight when you gave up?
If so, how much?

Hi Foo, good screen name
I'm not worried about putting on weight, if anything, it would be a good thing.
But I know what you mean, smokes after swimming are the best.
If you're fit despite of smoking though, think what you could do if you gave up.
Enjoying smoking is the problem though. Even tho sometimes I finsh a cigarette and go "ugh" sometimes I wish they they lasted longer.
As my teacher says, I think if I gave up smoking I'd have a fit attack.
Oh yeah, welcome to the board.

I gained weight after I quit smoking, but I think it may have been because I decided to bulk at the same time
Never seen them over here.
But thanks,
I think I may try to give up on monday, he says, again.
I gained about 5 lbs, but my weight veries from week to week anyways depending on my diet. I have been eating a lot healthier now and feel better after quitting smoking.
Quit smoking right away, its really bad for you. I know its hard, but you just gotta make yourself quit I did it.
Anyone got any idea why that guy's (Foo something) posts were deleted?
Thanks, I've already read it once!
Keep a copy close just in case... but well done.
I've managed to stop smoking at work, so that's a bonus.
