The board won't be coming back. It was an incidental crash of the site, but the site will come back sans the board. I've heard several reasons, but nothing first hand, so I don't want to publish them here. All I'll say is that it was getting to be a hassle for various reasons. Plus most of the SD people that were there post here also.

It reflects poorly on us that the message board is no more, in my honest opinion.
People were talking and learning not to mention the social interaction the TN students (and others) were able to engage in...it's just a shame.
Very frustrating. Made more so because the SD "old timers" are saying things like, "I'm surprised it was allowed to stay up so long."
Keep it simple, stupid.
