I just finished ordering the last of the videos from George Alexander and Ken Penland about the White Crane form of Karate (Matsumura lineage by way of Hohan Soken). Three videos, $30 a pop.

Here's a shot of the seminar in Nashville this weekend - some KFO folks you'll recognize there. I'm looking a bit like a little combat tank.the pic was after a long hot day of training, we learned the taiji meihua form White Ape Steals the Peach and a few apps. That form is chock full of nice application.
