    Chinese Pronunciations For 24 Form

I am looking to find the Chinese pronunciations for the postures in the Yang 24. I have certain phrases that I want to learn. For instance, I am not sure if there would be a big difference in say, "Grasping The Sparrow's Tail" and " Grasping The Bird's Tail". I can e-mail the posture names to anyone who could do this. If there is a site I can find these, that would be great too.

    Thank you,
    Sam

Listen, and it can't be heard.
Reach, and it can't be grasped.
