When you say strengthen, do you mean condition? You mention sarm sing, so I assume that you want to make your arms harder and less painful for blocking and striking, yes?

yeah strengthen/condition.......yeah i want to condition them so i can withstand more pain when blocking and striking...
Do you have access to a good dit da jow? If so, get the jow and a bunch of chopsticks bound together (like when you buy them). Spend 10 or 15 minutes on each arm repeatedly thwacking with the chopsticks - not too hard, but not too soft. Then massage liberally with dit da jow. That's a good start point.
You really need a good teacher to show you through this stuff so you don't hurt yourself.

hmmm alright.....thanks
As your CLF training progresses you should be introduced to the CLF Ching Jong or Balance Dummy. This dummy is very good for conditioning of the arms and legs. It also teaches footwork and after some time will help in developing the correct type of power for CLF.
Hope this helps.
That's a very good point, CLFNole. Do you guys use the Soy Sau Jong too?
