When I actually go grociery shopping...
Sea food:
crab
fake crab (the real **** gets expensive)
a few salmon filets
a few tuna filets
fozen shrimp
maybe some scallops
Fruit
I'll rairly buy fruit, as I end up fogetting about it, then throw too much away.
Veggies:
Green, yellow, and sometimes some other squashes
Sweet potatoes (I eat them for desert with a touch of brown sugar)
yellow onion
bell peppers
(I also always have a bag or two of green chilis fozen)
Others:
Eggs, cheese, bread, turkey
Juices:
Apple
Cranberry
A blend, when I find them not to be high fructose corn syrup.
