    No Pain CIPA

Ashlyn Blocker was born with a gene that makes her not feel any pain.

She had bad diaper rash and injured cornea. And she still smiled.

She does not feel pain at all.

It is called Congenital Insensitivity to Pain with Anhidrosis.

    Or CIPA.

There is an article medic in People Mag Jan 24 issue.

There is a deficit in sensory function of the body.

Pain is actually a stimulus to warn body of injury and danger.

Without it, we may suffer debilitating injuries and not feel anything about it.
