Pong Lai Seminar in South Texas

This is just to thank yu shan for the great weekend of training. On Friday Feb 18th. Sifu flew in and we trained hard. Awesome two man drills, mei hwa two man drills, and more. On Saturday the 19th, we had a 5 hour seminar on a beginner set and covered two man drills out of the form, then learned the ling side. Everyone in attendance was very tired by the end of the seminar.

Then more training with yu shan and myself. By the end of the day, my arms were so bruised that I could even feel them.

It was an awesome weekend. I can't wait for our next meeting, hopefully in tampa with sifu scolaro.

This is a great group of guys.

I was there at the seminar and it was very informative. A neat two man set for being one of the basic sets right Oved? We need to get together so we can bang arms for a while and get that Pong Lai Tan. Thank you Yu Shan for the great seminar.
