    Cheers Bao! The video of him playing around on the garden tables looked pretty fun. Do you know of anywhere that has more free videos of this kinda of stuff? I'm too tight to splash out $100 on a couple of DVD's.

    Anyone got any other fun ways of boosting your bodyweight to strength ratio without any equipment?

    I can't wait for the summer to come along - I'll be spending many hours in the garden trying out this stuff

    Bodyflow is indeed fun and I know that BodyFlow DVDs may be expensive for some people but it is worth the investment when compare to what you will gain. I believe Fordperfect and I are the only two people on this forum who have tested and are now practicing BodyFlow. I know I have achieved good results from this program.

    Listen, mate, if money is an issue for you, then I suggest you save up some money and purchase the DVDs in the future or get the BodyFlow book? However the only con in the book is you will not be able to see how things are done in real time and it would take time for you to figure things out for yourself. The pro is you will get a complete theory and principle behind BodyFlow. You are not going to copy techniques, but create your own bodyflow movements. You can get some free BodyFlow ideas and movement on CST forum. Furthermore, maybe you can learn more bodyflow like movements by taking lessons in dance, especially break dancing in your area? I wish you good luck and have fun in your training.

    If you're interested in Body Flow, I'd say to go with the video's first if possible. Seeing things in motion is important. At least it is for me to properly learn it. The book is nice and definately fills in some gaps, but I don't think it's essential for getting almost everything out of b-flow that you can. If you ever did any break dancing before, then you'll definately recognize a lot of b-flow.
