    HI FIREHAWK4

There is a new book by Master Han ,which although, I don't possess a copy
    I have seen it.
It is very enlightening and informative, and goes into great depth about
Nan Shaolin Wuzuquan( NGO CHO KUN)
It is available at the Irish website via 'www.wuzuquan.com'

    good luck

Inside Kung Fu ran a number of articles about Ngo Cho Kun. Very interesting too, i found it very similar to southern mantis in it principles and movements. It mentioned float, spit, sink, swallow and the first form - Saam Chien? Am i remembering this correctly or completely wrong....5 ancestors fist right?

    HI KISMET,

I think, the article, you are referring to, was by John Graham.
It was a very good piece of information about "Sanchein"
both John Graham and Master Han ,are from the same lineage,

which from Grandmaster Chee Kim Thong.
Master Han is the highest authority on Wuzuquan outside of the far east
You can read about the exploits of Grandmaster Chee on:
    www.cheekimthong.com
Also equally respected is the Phillipine branch of Wuzuquan.
    which is :www.konghankungfu.com

both sites ,make interesting reading........................................... .....

For those who like to know more about Ngo Cho Kun, there is also another interesting site worth to browse.

    It's www.hokkian-siauwlim.com

It's the site from GM Lo Ban Teng lineage.

I didn't think Sifu Han's book was publicly available? It is my understanding that he wrote that book for his instructors and students.

A retired sifu from Hong Kong has recently released a book on the art. I have a copy somewhere, and if I can find it I will scan in the cover and post it.

    DEAR JOEDOE,

How are you ?well I hope.In reply to your last mention,
from what I gather from the wuzuquan irish site is that ,on the last few
    copies restrictions were lifted.
    I don't think, though I 'm no authority, there isn't many left.........(copies that is..)

hope your training is going ok check out www.ucd.ie/shaolin/
