    Fort Worth, TX

    I got whacked by hurricane Katrina (the *****) and relocated to Ft. Worth, TX. Can anybody tell me if there are any Southern Praying Mantis, Hung Gar, or Choy Lay Fut instructors in Tarrant County?

    I highly recommend Sifu Philip Ng http://www.hungfist.com/
    He is traditional hung gar and has good students. My Si-sook was his teaching partner before and had great things to say about him.
