I've been hearing some good buzz on Sympathy for Lady Vengeance. Let me know what you think. I haven't heard of Election. We have SPL - the double DVD version, no less. We also have Jet Li's Tai Chi Master and Sammo Hung's Prodigal Son on DVD, both of which I'd recommend. We used to carry Fist of Legend in video, but we stopped carrying video. We limited our DVD selcetion to stuff that doesn't have decent US distribution, so we didn't pick Fist of Legend up on DVD and we probably won't unless we can get some special *legal* Asian release.
I didn't care for Warriors of Heaven and Earth. It was too longwinded for me and I expected more kung fu. Another well-received Qin Huangdi movie is The Emperor and The Assassin, which is based on a similar story to Hero, but personally, I didn't care for that one much either.
