Praying Mantis' Wooden Dummy

Have any Praying Mantis students ever used "the Hangman: Praying Mantis' Wooden dummy" shown in the June issue of "Inside Kung-fu" Magazine. If so, is it a big part of your training.

A lot of my Sihings have "advanced" design dummies that our sifu developed. Our Sigung had a sworn brother who was a Wing Chun Master, and thus the wooden dummy made it into our style of Mantis.

I did not see this article, but those who know mantis that I have talked to said it was pretty flakey.

Other than that I have nothing to base an opinion on.

Sigung did develop a form for the dummy of about 108 moves... is that right Mantis 108?

i saw the article and actually am in the planning stages of building it. ill post something letting you know how it turned out.
