    I think posting clips found on the 'net is getting played out. Anyone can do a search for these videos.

    What we need are more peeps stepping up to the plate and posting more personalized video. Either themselves, their teacher or classmates.

    i kinda agree with ouji

    post your own stuff, not some other parkour clip that anyone can find or forms you like from someone elses school.

    let's see you stuff! that was the general idea.
    Otherwise, I would just post jetli crap or my old bruce vids and so on.

    p.s if you really don't have video then continue on with the status quo I guess. :P

    Ok,heres a video of me doing the ng long baat gua gwan form...
    I know this vid is terrible..to my excuse..I just came back from a seminar where I learned the whole form within 3days..so i recorded it for safety reasons (in case I forget something)
    Also I recorded the vid with my digital photo cam so i had to record it piece for piece cos I only have 20 seconds recording time...
    I edited it with windows movie maker...this is like 3 years ago..soon I will record it again then playing the form with a heavy 7.2 ft pole...

    anyway heres the clip...may the slaughter begin lol

    I don't think there is anything wrong with posting a link made by someone else. I mean there could be people else where who made awesome clips but would never participate in this forum.

    What I meant was just that I've been waiting to see Frank's vid and I thought he finally did put one up, but was disappointed to find it wasn't him.
