Schools in VA/DC area?

If anyone knows of any schools in the areas outside Washington D.C., I'd aprreciate any contacts. My martial arts background is about 14 yrs in various arts but very interested in continuing and focusing my training in mantis.

Isn't there a CCK Tai Chi PM school in Northern Virginia? I believe the masters names is Bao Dang. I think he learned directly from Chiu Chuk Kai in Vietnam. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for the replies. I had a couple questions:

Is there a set curriculum for the 7* forms, and how does a class typically get conducted - forms, applications.. and do you spar at all?

Have you trained in any other styles (including other mantis)?

Also, what are rates/times that are good to stop by?

The school is a bit far for me with family life here, but I would still like to stop by and check it out. Sorry for all the questions but it's a big commitment and want to find out the most info I can - I also had studied for about 10-12 years and looking for specifics a bit too...

Sometimes in order to receive quality training/teachings, there needs to be commitment and sacrifice. A 40 minute car ride is not too much. I have students that drive one hour each way and come in 4 times a week. And me personally, I have to take an airplane ride, rent a car and hotel to train with my Shibo. But I have the passion and desire to learn, so I make the sacrifice. If you want it bad enough you will make the drive. And from my understanding, if you want Tanglang, you should seek out the Shifu in D.C. Good luck and let us know if you make the visit.
