    that is sick. that must be why he has a good one punch knock out. tossing a 125lb medicine ball like that has to be so hard especially by the time you get to the last set.

    Sounds like he does some old school strong man type stuff.
    Those that are the most sucessful are also the biggest failures. The difference between them and the rest of the failures is they keep getting up over and over again, until they finally succeed.
