he started off with a basic knowledge of tai chi how it works, and history. he also talked about how too many people (in china and usa) and the modern wushu people made tai chi to pretty and meaningless. he talked a lot about the movements and application. he said practice form once for health, once for combat, and at higher level combine them.
he studied at the school on wu-dang mountain that the daoist preservation society opened up to preserve daoist method. (first school on wu dang other then the temple). he was a very nice fellow. his taichi was good, his kung fu was good, his knowledge was good.
for my first experience with wu dang, i loved it.
