五祖拳 reads Ngo Cho Kun in Fukkien dialect.

The exercise is called Kah Ngo Ki, it is a standard practice. This gentleman does it to the extreme, though.

He practices Quanzhou style Wuzuheyangquan, also known as Ngo Cho Ho Yang Kun or Ngo Cho Kun. If I am not mistaken, he was, or is, the mayor of the city of Quanzhou.

Limb hardening is a standard Fujian MA's practice. You can find it in almost any systems in Fujian, or Fujian-influenced systems.

Don't do this training at home without a proper ointment.
