I know a version I learned from one of Su Yu Chang's students. I do not practice it per se, but know it. Not sure where the set came from beyond Su.

I found a book on it http://www.fiveelementqigong.com/ but would like to see a video to see if it's close to what I was shown the other day by a Sifu.
Five Element Qi Gong - is general, I am sure many versions exist. Whom did you learn it from?
Su has video of his form. I believe it is also laid out in his Taichi book.
