I'm looking at supplementing my fung fu with some judo training.

maybe one day I'll get off my @ss and actually try it.

I really need to improve my ground tactics as well. We have an outstanding judo school near where I live and I hope to start training there in the next couple of years. I also have some good MMA school choices in my area and enjoyed a recent Muay Thai work out at one, so that may be an option in the future where I could do both. The tradition of the judo training appeals to me though because kung fu training is very informal compared to most Japanese styles. It would potential be a good combination in the yin and yang sense.

well, I'm looking at it from a perspective of the positives and negatives of my fighting style. Once I get in the clinch I just seem to freeze up. Having some throws and take downs as options will be a nice change.
