    - 30 min stances
    - 30 min punchies with bag and without bag
    - 0.5-1 hour kicks
    - 2-3 hour forms
    - 1.5 hour self defence and techniques
    - 0.5-1 hour abs
    - 0.5-1 hour acrobatic

    Just Wondering...

"I do this workout 6 times a week and I train about 6-9 hour a day:"

Luck you. Nowadays, it rare to have that much time to train. Keep it up.

Here's somethings you might want to address.

    "- 1 hour qikong
    - 30 min warm out
    - 30 min stances
    - 30 min punchies with bag and without bag
    - 0.5-1 hour kicks
    - 2-3 hour forms
    - 1.5 hour self defence and techniques
    - 0.5-1 hour abs
    - 0.5-1 hour acrobatic

Tell me things which sucks on my training"

Is this spread through out the day?

So QiKong (Qigong?) warm out in the morning? so on so forth?

I think the 30 min stances followed by the punching is good idea. But what type of bag work? Heavy, speed, focus, or Thai bag? or a mixture of them? Also 45 mins would be even better

What about grappling? and falling/rolling ?

Unless you are doing Wushu, acrobatic for an hour? Humm....

Well, I think you might want to state what is your training objective. That way you will better address your needs. Your program would be fine as it is.

    Just a few thoughts

    -yes it is

So QiKong (Qigong?) warm out in the morning? so on so forth?

-I do qikong practise before and after I go to sleep

I think the 30 min stances followed by the punching is good idea. But what type of bag work? Heavy, speed, focus, or Thai bag? or a mixture of them? Also 45 mins would be even better

-4 times a week with heavy bag and 2 times a week with speed bag. I have also training dummy and i train with it when I am training techniques.

What about grappling? and falling/rolling ?

-I do grappling when i train techniques and I train falling when i do acrobatic

Unless you are doing Wushu, acrobatic for an hour? Humm....

-No, My style is traditional Shaolin, but I just like that i can do different flips.

-I also do 45 min stretching, when I finish my training
