I don't usually train outside, only if I'm REALLY in the mood to train. I usually jog round the countryside of our nearby village (not in a gi!), then do some forms out back. I find that the fresh air helps a lot in my training, better than a stuffy old gym anyhow.

I do like the idea of training at 5.30, but I do too much at night. I'm never usually back before 11.30, and after that it takes ages to unwind. As soon as I form a band at Uni and go gigging, it'll kill me.
